We need to update http://fudcon.fedoraproject.org to FUDCon LATAM Managua 2014. The best would be just to replace FUDCOn Beijing on the main page with Managua and then update also location and the other pages. Remember to activate the nav-menu link to Latam and drop the APAC link since there is no planned APAC FUDCon at the moment.

Adding the logo of FUDCon Managua, should already have the right size for the main page.
Added Managua in home page and edited APAC fudcon section.
So this is done I think, LATAM people please reopen if you need.
