Proposal (One other issue is that links bellow the Red Hat logo sounds like it's about Red Hat. Like "Contact".

What about pulling this in for F20 release on all footers?
What's the reason for "Get the source!" link? Is that a license requirement? I read through it but i didn't notice it being a requirement.
If it is required, I would just name it "Source" or "Code" to keep it short.
No linking the source is not required at all. That was just an idea. But as we already tell how to help, it's not that useful.
Might write that on the source code, or just forget this last idea.

Added Content License to footer.
The patch looks good to me and is for all sites. For the ''fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Licenses'' we should have a unique reference, so ''http'' or ''https'' or just a !// IMHO, for the rest I like this.
If nobody has concerns I'll apply it in the next days, as sijis said I would also keep it simple, without the source.
