Should be all going smooth this time, most of the scripting work has been done already for Alpha release (thx shaiton).
Just an update of the the things we still need to do (and to get from others): add countdown banners (also check if external countdown banner works as it should) add checksums check all DL links and docs (Release Notes are already in place as draft) EC2 AMI IDs * ARM: verify which images are shipped (is KDE still the main image?)
Do we want to promote also the Beta Spins this time? In this case we'd need a new tab for Games, Jam-KDE, Security, Design... \

Almost done, just need: EC2 AMI IDs check all DL links and release counter (external JS works fine)
The AMI ids should be in the staging tree for the release candidate:
But it looks like it's still only us-east... may need to ping release engineering.
Yeah, for now the file contains only the us-east-1 AMI, but we will have them in time. Probably the other AMIs have only to be uploaded, releng should already have them indeed. Don't worry, it's more a reminder as I'm forgettable... :)

Pages should be set now, counters are ok, we need to do a final check of all the links before merging. Remember to revert also the PO_FREEZE on master before Beta release time.
Fedora 20 Beta has been successfully released, websites are live.
