Issue #401: Wrong target site of link - fedora-websites

In page https://fedoraproject.org/en/keys (in other language page(s) too. ie. /fi/) have wrong link-target in link 'keys.gnupg.net'.

It's have to be - i think - http://keys.gnupg.net/ but it is http://http-keys.gnupg.net/ that forward untrusted site (i think).
