We need to edit the Makefile in order to prevent pushing POT to the wrong resource (like during POs freeze).
The idea is to use the same transifex config file/resource on all branches (alpha, beta, master) in order to help translators.
Therefore, when moving to an other stage (from master/prod to alpha for example), we need to avoid pushing POT from master (PO freeze!), branch alpha on syncstatic and push the POT from this branch in order to override the transifex resource. Oh, and please update the table there:

Contributors should do only what they understand. There is no easy way to prevent that.
