We should write down somewhere for translators how to translate the banner. It should be ready in time for Fedora 19.
For example?
Some translations are not fitting in the banner, especially for pre-release state, and should be optimized. As we don't have so much space there, we want to give translators a small guideline about that, by proofreading and shortening their translations as much as possible (which is not so easy in some cases).
Anyway, the ticket is just assigned to shaiton and he's working on it. I think we are pretty in time to have this fixed for Fedora 19.
Fixed in #71. We remove this from the translations according to Legal.
