As there are some issues for the specific language redirects, such as spins.fp.o/lang_code/design-suite we should fix this issue by renaming the directories, deleting the redirect rules.
Otherwise the only fix will be correcting the path for every single language.

Contra: renaiming dir will break external links, don't know if it's worth to create two rewrite rules to redirect the wrong external links to the renamed directories.

I agree it would be better to avoid this redirect.
But we need to keep the old link working.

If I remember correctly, this redirect came from at some point where the spins get renamed. It could happens later for other spins also.

I propose to rename the directories:
* fel -> electronic-lab
* design -> design-suite
and to delete the redirect rule on apache. To do on f19-alpha branch and before D-day, to have it alive when Alpha release is available.

To keep the old links working we should rather think about a rewrite rule.

No it's still in the TODO list, but as we are going to redesign spins.fpo we just should not forget it and write the new pages without thinking about the redirect.

So, actually we can keep it until F22.

Spins.fpo is ready for a new release, the redirect isn't necessary anymore and has been dropped.
