We still have some hard links to the docs.fpo websites, with the language code hard written. sometimes available in the POT. it should not be there… and we should remap the language code if exists (like in the get-prerelease page).
If we link to a non translated doc, we just go to the index in that language, and not to the en-US version. Is it ok?
In any case, we need to be consistent, some code has to change.
If the docs link you are pointing to does not work, it will redirect to the main docs page.
I will see the pre-release page as example this days. \ It's indeed not useful for the end-user if a document link, which hasn't been translated, redirects to the main page in the local language. It would be much better if it points as alternative to the original en-US page.\ It's better reading a desired document in english than not reading it at all, IMHO.
