#311 Updating POT files for translators

We need to update the POTs at TXN for our translators.
- Check the fpo/.tx/config file in master, pull f17-beta, push in master, unlock at TXN, lock f17-beta
- Same for spins.fpo

  • And make and push new POT for all! As there were some changes…

fpo is DONE.

Need to update spins and all others now. Will do at the beginning of next week.

I did it. A week after the last comment.
