fedoracommunity.org is not written against the same "template" in all pages.
Either we see this page as the one people read to go to their locale website (therefore the text should be localized but not translatable, they quickly see the one they can read) or this page tell people where is the website in specific language/country (both, title and subtitle translated).
The first option could also have the title translatable but not the subtitle…
I already spoke with Sijis on this, think that we wanted the second option (all translated, even if I don't really see the need to translate a link to a website that I don't understand, ie that I won't read), but not sure that was months ago.
Last, we should '''sort all blocks in alphabet order''' (against Country name).
I have started, good cleaning today!
TODO: clean duplicated communities (Brazil…)? choose to translate or not the title/subtitle. Make a new pot, upload to TXN. let translators know, probably. changing static/images/screenshots/filler.png to match the region colour?
Ok, I've just found that I have already pushed the changes (while I was about to push it in beta for stg). So it's done.

Please review the subtitle for all websites. I am sure that it's not 100% well written (we should probably use the language name and not the country name). I've used http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_and_capitals_in_native_languages
Once proofread, we need to update the POT in transifex.
In production and translation running.
