#259 Create a "what's new page" for F15

There really is nothing Fedora 15 specific on these pages:
https://fedoraproject.org/en/features/
https://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora

It may as well be a static page. A version-specific page should be created listing the new features listed in order of importance with each release.

We do have a hot link to the Release Notes on the home page, and on the side menu in get-fedora in "Handy Resources".

The one page Release Note has lot of content, we don't have enough space IMHO.

The overview page could be improved.
We had some idea on the mailing list:

closing as we don't want the websites to be Release specific.
But we need to update the use cases and feature new fonctionnality. It's ticket #127
