On the FEDORA DOWNLOADS BY FORMAT page, clicking on the button for "Go to Spins Directory" brings you to the "https://fedoraproject.org/en/download-splash?file=http://spins.fedoraproject.org/" page.

Should not be bringing up the splash screen for downloads, it should just redirect you to spins.fedoraproject.org.

Thanks for your reporting this. Its been updated in the repo [1] and the website should be updated within the hour with the fix.
