#223 Pre-release page should clearly state what is available there

Currently the pre-release page:

does not have any headline (like "Fedora 13 Alpha") that would clearly indicate what is that stuff people can download. The banner in upper left corner sometimes displays Fedora 13 image and sometimes Fedora 12 image. This can be confusing for some people.

I suggest adding the headline (or at least displaying the Fedora 13 banner all the time) to improve clarity of the webpage.

Something like "Get the next Fedora, right now." would work well. By not putting in a version number, the translations of this text will work indefinitely.

I've also updated the .pot file so that translations are updated accordingly.

Well that was quite what I criticized, not saying if the page is about Fedora 13 Alpha, Beta, Fedora 14, who knows... (by the way is "Fedora 13 Alpha" really something to be translated?)
