Observation.
1. I enter https://spins.fedoraproject.org/ in my browser
2. click on the KDE spin
3. website recognizes that I my Firefox is set to DE-DE, so it presents me with https://spins.fedoraproject.org/de/kde/
4. I prefer to read the EN site, and choose to click on "Change Language" in the page's footer and select "English"
5. Then, I am redirected back to https://spins.fedoraproject.org/en/, so far so good,
6. I click on the KDE spin again - ok, it's in english, great
7. But if I click on "Download now", I am presented with https://spins.fedoraproject.org/kde/download/index.html, which is German again.
8. Changing language to English again, doesn't help because it's bringing me back to https://spins.fedoraproject.org/en/. That's a loop and I can't get https://spins.fedoraproject.org/kde/download/index.html to display in English.
