The Phosh spin is in F38 (beta and hopefully final)
Would like to get it added to the spins page.

I'm happy to try and provide copy or info on it.
Perhaps something like "A mobile and touch based desktop" for the tag line.

I added it to the prerelease page (https://spins.fedoraproject.org/prerelease.html).
For F38 Final, I would either need the content for the future page (you can take any existing spins pages as a starting point, i.e: https://spins.fedoraproject.org/en/i3/) or you can make the page on your own using one of the similar PR as an example: https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/pull-request/1181 https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/pull-request/1186
Alternatively (or additionally) you can create a request for the new fedoraproject website on https://gitlab.com/fedora/websites-apps/fedora-websites/fedora-websites-3.0/-/issues. I don't think it'll make it for F38 Final, but at least that will allow us to track the request, and involve the design team if needed.
