Astronomy Lab is missing on the prerelease page for Fedora 37 Beta https://labs.fedoraproject.org/prerelease
The ISO file is available here (and works fine), so the image has been part of the beta compose: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/37_Beta-1.5/Labs/x86_64/iso/
Same seems to be the case for Scientific Lab, but I did not test this. For Astronomy, I'm the labs maintainer and requested to keep it: https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/schedule/issue/69
