Thanks for your help. However, there are inconsistencies on the words of Simplified Chinese and Tranditional Chinese in language menu between getfedora.org and [spins/labs/arm].fedoraproject.org. The language code zh_Hans_CN should be shown as 简体中文 , and zh_Hant_TW should be shown as 正體中文. The words in menu on getfedora.org is right, but the words on [spins/labs/arm].fedoraproject.org are wrong. I hope it could also be fixed before be in production.

This is a little bit out of my area of expertise, so maybe you can enlighten me on how the current wording is incorrect.
Currently, on spins.stg.fedoraproject.org (for example), we have :

The locale name seems quite close to what you're expecting, at least for zh_Hans_CN (简体中文).
For zh_Hant_TW on the other hand, the local name here is a little bit different (繁體中文).
Aren't both term (正體中文 & 繁體中文) equally valid for this locale?

All locale names are coming from an external library (langtable), which in turn, use the unicode CLDR charts
