flocktofedora.org: Add CentOS as a Gold sponsor
    
    CentOS contributed $14,000 USD to Flock, making CentOS eligible for Gold
    sponsorship and other sponsored activities. As a note of reference, this
    is budget from the CentOS Project that was previously to be used for
    CentOS Connect at DevConf.US in Boston, Massachusetts, but the event was
    canceled, and that is how we got to where we are with CentOS
    participation at Flock this year.
