Fedora does not deliver modules since Fedora 39. Mass rebuilding them
was removed in https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/schedule/issue/119 but
it reappered in f-41 schedule.

This patch removes them again from f-41 and f-42 schedule.

I'm closing this PR as it's not the best way to make schedule changes. If @amoloney has to make other changes later in Smartsheet, the removals here will be reinstated. I reopened #119 instead.
