Firefox 101 worked for me just now. But I don't have NOScript installed and I do have SSO configured. It is just that Discourse URL that you cannot access? E.g., does this one work:

As for the Personal Voice Assistent on Fedora topic, +1 from me. You should be able to follow the remaining steps outlined here to get your article written and published.
