Fedora Contributor Trends is an application used by Fedora Council to get insightful data and visualization of the contributors' activity overall community.
This project is led by @mattdm, and I am going to be one of the maintainers during the following months, especially during my Outreachy Internship.
The resources requested will be used to make a dev environment during this time in the development of an MVP of this application, and then if everything goes well deploy it in a production environment. More specifically, it would be a VPS with 4GB of RAM and 40GB of disk. It can be run on OpenShift and also have access through SSH and http/https permitted through the firewall.
Currently, I am in the first stages of work, making some local tests, but after the Datagrepper client will be finished I would like to test it gathering and store its data. It is going to be ready in around 4 weeks. It would be useful if the resources are available before 2021/06/15.

So it might make sense to give you a aws instance for development work at least initially. What OS / version and stats might you need for this? Fedora 34? How much memory and disk?
I think running it in OpenShift is a good goal for after things are mostly working.

Your instance is at 54.177.79.157 and you can login as 'fedora' user with your ssh key you have in the account system.
