One impact is that I cannot link to messages in the koji-devel archives in order to share prior discussions with other people.
proxy01 and proxy10 are servicing other HTTP requests ok, so I guess there is some connection problem beyond that.
Your dns is out of date. those ip addresses should not be valid anymore
