Since around January, any time I do a fedpkg update, I often do not receive an answer from the server, nor any Bugzilla is updated. I can see the update in Bodhi web interface but fedpkg update stay frozen.
Can anyone do something about it?

Dupe of #8603, though no upstream movement, AFAICT.
Not sure this is the same thing, it happens with single update for me not multi releases.
We are tracking this upstream, the first though was that this was impacting only multi releases update but after investigation it seems more like a performance problem since the multi release updates are working fine in the development environment.
