Update the logo on Community Blog website with updated logo by Design Team.
In design#578, @terezahl designed new logo for the Community Blog. The ticket is blocked because we aren't able to get the new logo into the Community Blog WordPress theme (source here).
The logo is available as an SVG and a PNG.

I don't have commit on the theme repo to drop in the new logo. @ryanlerch or @chrisroberts seem to be the ones who do.
If one of them can drop in the logo, I'll figure out how to do a release of that theme and deploy it for #7541.
