Hello, there are 10 builders in "copr" tenant that cannot be removed. "Deleting" task is running on them but indefinitely and another attempts for their termination are not allowed. They are taking up resources however and so new builders cannot be started.
Oddly, this seems to be gone now.
I looked at it the other day for a bit, but then I couldn't find anything and now they seem to be gone...
So, I guess we can close this and watch for it happening again.

The instances are gone but CPUs seem to still be allocated for them so it shows 80/80 and new builders are not being spawned.
There's nothing odd about them disappearing as I had intervened. The memory and CPU usage should also be gone now.
I can confirm It's good now.
