Issue #5508: increase memory on pdc-backend01 - fedora-infrastructure

It chokes when it tries to handle texlive. Some more memory would be great. :)

It currently has mem_size: 2048. Could we double that to 4096?

This was hitting OOM, so I went and did it now.
