per http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/docs/fedora-releases.txt we will need to verify with rel-eng that permissions are correct for F16 final content when it's staged. Only valid tier0 mirrors should be able to mirror out the content.
Permissions look ok however a large number of files are set as -rw-rw-r-- which I believe is making our hardlinks smaller than needed.
This also was the case with F15 so it could be a change in the staging software. Should we just alter the perms and hardlink again?
This should now be corrected. Permissions were fixed and hardlink was re-run.
