Steps to complete:

  1. On puppet01 mount archive in rw state in /mnt/archive
  2. rsync data from

rsync -avSHP /pub/fedora/linux/updates/11/ /mnt/archive/fedora/linux/updates/11/

  1. wait 24 hours run mirrormanager scripts
  2. wait 24 hours remove old 11.

Done a while ago.
