FUDCon planning is moving to a slightly more team-oriented planning approach for the Toronto 2009 event. In the future, planning these events may become even more collaborative. A list is needed for tracking and coordination.

The list is specifically for FUDCon events. There should not be confusion between FUDCon planning and event planning that normally takes place through Ambassador venues, where Fedora does not necessarily own the event, but is participating or exhibiting.
