#117 There are two bugtrackers for mock
Closed: Fixed None Opened 16 years ago by till.

I just noticed that there are two bugtrackers for mock, one is at redhat bugzilla (the mock component of "Fedora Hosted Projects") and the other one is at https://hosted.fedoraproject.org/projects/mock/report/1

Maybe for projects that use bugzilla the "New Ticket" and "View Tickets" links in trac on hosted.fpo can point to bugzilla instead. And the ticket system in trac can be disabled. Iirc it should be possible at least manually, don't know about webmin.

Hrm, what is the syntax to disable the ticketing system via trac-admin? I couldn't find it in trac-admin --help. Currently the mock upstream doesn't want to use Trac for tickets.

n/m, found it in another ticket. NO more ticket capability for mock's trac space.

Out of curiosity, what did you do? It seems that one can remove the ticket links from mainnav in trac.ini and with trac-admin one can remove the permissions for TICKET_ REPORT_ ROADMAP_*.

trac.ticket.* = disabled

in trac.ini in the [components] section.
