the idea behind umltester is a python (pyGTK) powered front-end to launch UML instances and test them. The front-end will be a control panel to execute a benchmarking test suit in order to detect bugs, regressions, to prove new kernel algorithms, and so on. So, it's a tool to test kernel images by means of User Mode Linux instances.

Actually the SCM I'm using is https://umltester.108.redhat.com/svn/umltester/trunk, nevertheless is not neccesary import it. So the correct answer to "Importing from another SCM?" is NO.
