#11175 dnfdragora-updater runs but does not work on my desktops
Closed: Invalid a year ago by kevin. Opened a year ago by helium5793.

I have several computers running Fedora 37, and this has been an issue I have been unable to solve for several versions. All of my desktops (3) say they are running dnfdragora-updater, but they never issue an update report (you know, a note pops up telling you how many updates are available). I have several laptops running fedora 37, and all of them do work properly. All my desktops are HP, all my laptops are Dell. I would really like to see the update figures on bootup just as they work on the laptops. Any ideas on how to do this? It has been frustrating for several years now and I have run out of ideas. I actually cloned one of the laptop harddrives and got it to run on a desktop. Dnfdragora-updater worked for about a week then stopped working.

Hello.

I'm afraid this is not the place to report this. :) We are only responsible for running the machines that build and distribute fedora, we don't develop the software here.

You want to report this at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&component=dnfdragora

and hopefully the maintainers of that package can help you out there. :)
