As discussed in https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/release-notes/issue/129, the idea from now on is to start writing notes in master, and then branch when fedora branches from rawhide. That means we need a quick way to bring the repo back to a clean state after branching, so the structure stays, but content from the previous version doesn't carry over unless we want it to.
The easiest way to accomplish this is to create a generic template and overwrite the repo with the template after branching. This issue will track the template's creation.
