Since the FreeNode kerfuffle our official channels have been migrated to libera.chat, so the "Where to find Fedora Docs team" section needs updating to reflect that. Both links in the 2nd item should be replaced with their https://libera.chat/ equivalents. (https://web.libera.chat/ for the webchat link.)
