This commit adds the Fedora Women's Day infographic template created by
@smeragoel to the Fedora D&I Team docs repo. Currently, it is only an
incomplete template, but now that FWD 2020 has completed, we can fill it
out for this year.

To help motivate us for this year, I added the PNG version of the
template to the "About FWD" page as a placeholder to update once we get
a finalized 2020 version.

Closes #121.
