Fedora Women's Day highlights and celebrates the women of open source communities like Fedora and their contributions to their projects and community.
They are also an opportunity for women to learn about free and open source software and jump-start their journey as a user of FOSS and/or become a contributor.
They also provide a platform for women to connect, learn, and be inspired by other women in open source communities and beyond.

This commit adds the Fedora Women's Day infographic template created by @smeragoel to the Fedora D&I Team docs repo. Currently, it is only an
incomplete template, but now that FWD 2020 has completed, we can fill it
out for this year.
To help motivate us for this year, I added the PNG version of the
template to the "About FWD" page as a placeholder to update once we get
a finalized 2020 version.
