We need to have a specific process to deal with different kind of situations as diversity issues. Harassment, bullying, demotivate should be treated as the factors to measure the issue and likewise need to define the process. Diversity Adviser should have some special and potential rights to deal with the situation and bring in the justice.
All this should be written and purposed to FPL and should be widely spread as COC.

"Diversity Adviser should have some special and potential rights to deal with the situation and bring in the justice."
like bring in the inquisition for the new religion which is called diversity!
I strongly support the idea to encourage and enable contributors which are underrepresented in certain areas of FOSS and especially Fedora. To proof that, you will find examples like the sponsoring for an all Womens Team at inCTF 2015 at Amrita University https://www.facebook.com/amritites/posts/690581321051429 or my support for nullcon and the Winja a Hacking Contest by women for women http://nullcon.net/website/nullcon-2016/ctf.php#winja
I get old very fast and very soon with my age i will be a also in a underrepresented group of people in Fedora, but i do not want any special treatment or rights in Fedora because of that - and also not that a group of diversity advisers enforce any justice because someone is just different. Being nice to each other - is a rule that applies to everyone in the Project and we have governance and community working groups to deal with things like that. In a consulting and a catalyst function i support and encourage the diversity group!

Lol! I haven't read this at all, I feel the same way. One of the first things I did when I was named Diversity Advisory was to call a team. I believe that this is way a too large task for a single person, and not just because the load of work, but by the diversity itself of the people we need to "advise". Don't worry, I don't think I have special powers (beside do a terrific pizza).

I think the same. To just put on record, I tried to drop off this position a couple of times because I didn't want to act like a shield for people, but more to teach them how to defend themselves. Being someone who has overcome cyberbullying and sexual harassment I can relate, and I really rather to be a teacher than to be a wall.

Amen to that! not only that, even if 80% or more, of the project behaves nicely, we always have some trolls. I want to encourage people to learn, accept and evolve, instead just turning this effort into a lawyers bureau where all we will do will be fight for people. I want this team to act like life-mentors for people who always face this, not only inside the group, but also in their life.
Joerg... we are almost always on the same page :D
To complete the ticket, I believe that the tasks of the Diversity Advisory are to... Advice. The tasks we are developing (surveys, inbox, data base of cases, etc) will be our tools to encourage people to always be civilized inside the community, and that is our task as team.
Our task must be 100% informative, not only for the people at the project, not only for those who get affected, but also for those who can take actions (in this case, FPL and Council).
Our task is merely informative, supportive and educative.
I'm proceeding to close this ticket since definitely, we don't want to have a super-advisory with special powers, we just want to have an understanding person as head of the team who can be in the shoes of the affected and provide the best guidance that can be given.
