@yulytas sorry for my question, but why would you need 50 Fedora balloons and Fedora Women Balloons? Maybe you can pick only one of them so we can reduce the budget a bit. Also, can you tell us please an estimation of how many people will join the event?

@jonatoni +1 to all the queries here. I also see in event wiki page an overlap between speakers and attendees, which makes this event looks like more of a meetup.

I think the difference is that one is ballon and the others are letters.
I do not know how many attendes we can have since I did not publish anything yet
I will start as soon the ticket will be approved, and see if we can reach at least 40 people
I put in the wiki the newcomers for Fedora I had mentor previously in Lima, then I confirmed attendes but not all people have FAS account.

Diversity is not sponsoring t-shirts for this event. If that can be excluded from the mentioned budget and if you can reduce balloon budget , I am +1 for the approval. Please revisit the budget and try to revise.

@yulytas the problem it's not with the amount that you are requesting but with spending them on something which has an impact (outcome), and we don't see this with the balloons. I will give +1 only for this:

* FWD Poster: 5 USD

Total : 69 USD

@yulytas Fedora Diversity Team will be sending you FWD stickers for the event. Please email me the address where we can send you the shipment. Can you also tell me total number of stickers you need (based on the number of expected attendees)? Please let me know by 8th September so that we can get the stickers to you in time.

We might need 50 sticker for this event.

But maybe you know or not that I do many events in Lima and Peru, that are not supporting financially by Fedora.
Since there are minor amounts such as taxis, food for the local group and ballons I do put from my own money voluntarialy because voting and reimbursements usually takes time, so please consider if you send a bigger amount of stickers from Diversity team, they could be usesul in more future events.
Maybe you can send 100 or 200 instead of 50 for only one event.
