We are going to print stickers for FWD event 2017 and going to ship them to FWD organizers across the globe. @bex is going to help us here. If you need stickers for FWD event and you have a wiki page+ticket for the event already. Please mention the number of stickers you need for the event.
Design - We can use the existing FWD design for this (unless we want a sticker targetted towards empowering women and not the event). We also need to decide the aim of these stickers.. awareness, reward ? I am +1 for awareness and a design that encourages more women into open source and Fedora -- instead of focusing too much on event, though any mention of FWD is good.

LATAM ambassadors will also be printing the same sticker for events in LATAM (not including FWD here). They will also print centrally in US and then ship. It will be cheaper if we can co-ordinate with LATAM ambassadors and @alexove to order these stickers together, to lower down the costs further.

I'm assuming StickerMule prefers working with CMYK images, but this is something that varies across continents, so you might need to see which they prefer (either CMYK or SVG). Both are available and you can provide both of these for convenience:

Don't forget to include shipping costs. I suggest we budget for batches printed separately as needed and shipped to where they need to go based on stickermule pricing. Once we have the final needs figured out I will work to get us the best pricing whether one large shipping and then repacking is a better option.

Not sure if it's the right number of stickers that we can print, but if we make an estimation (let's say 100 stickers/event because they can use them even in their future events) until now we will need 700 stickers. (3 FWD in India, 1 in Tirana, 1 in Prishtina, 1 in Lima, 1 in Brno)
This seems like a good way to go about this. I'll let you all decide how many stickers to estimate per event.

We need 100 more for event in Managua.. so 1000 should be a safe estimate. We could price Prishtina and Tirana together since @jonatoni will be a part of both.

Total - 531 USD. Are we still okay with this amount for the budget?
If we want to reduce costs further, we could look at smaller sticker size but then our artwork might be compromised. We could reduce number of stickers/ event by budgeting them according to number of attendees.
531 USD looks huge budget for stickers only. Is this generally we spent in Fedora for stickers?
@bex please take a look at the pricing, if it seems reasonable. If you can answer @amsharma 's question, diversity team can vote on this ticket and send you postal addresses to send the stickers.

You'd need to talk to the ambassadors about this. This budget is based on the cost of hte stickers per the vendor and having them shipped directly.
If it is cheaper, we may centralize the order and ship it from Brno. However, you should build a budget to max and then we can recoup the savings.

600 USD have been approved in today's meeting for FWD stickers for 9 events (Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Tirana, Prishtina, Managua, Cusco, Lima, Brno) + some extra stickers to be shipped to Brno for future events.

1 X 300 - 132 USD (For 3 events in India) 1 X 200 - 107 USD (About 50 for event in Brno, and others extra for future use over the year) 1 X 200 - 107 USD (for 2 events in Tirana+ Prishtina) 2 X 100 - 240 USD (80 USD X 3 for events in Lima, Managua, Cusco)
Total - 586 USD.
