Listing out key takeaways from #120 and #142 and closing it there since it's moved:
Link to D&I Events at Flock: here
FLOCK is the annual Fedora community conference. This page lists sessions from D&I team presented at previous FLOCK editions.
and a link to FLOCK page: https://flocktofedora.org/ - Add a link to this page to 'Event Organizer Resource Pack' with a short bridging description eg. "Ideas for organizing D&I related sessions at your event"
@hirat @ashlyna feel free to start a discussion here if you want to take it up.
Metadata Update from @orionstar25: - Assignee reset
As commented on the video meeting on 2020-10-05, the link "Organization" in the Additional Information part of the Events' page is outdated. Now is pointing to the wiki, while the current event guide is in the Mindshare's docs
Related to #168. I introduced Antora Modules to @ramyaparimi and @nasirhm in the Docs Mentor Hour today. We brainstormed ways to reorganize event-related content. We plan to create a new Antora Module for event-related pages.
This will allow us to more easily follow the structure @orionstar25 pitched in the original comment. :tada:
I can work on this! I am not sure about how to make a table, but I can start working on organizing the nav bar and adding information.
@ramyaparimi Super. :grinning: I will go ahead and assign this one to you. This will be a good follow-up to PR #173.

@jflory7 thank you for assigning it to me.
I assumed I would find required information in ROOT/pages but did not find any. Where can I find information to add to the following
ROOT/pages
Hey @ramyaparimi, here is an updated view of what I am thinking to @orionstar25's original comment now that we made events its own module:
events
. modules/ └── events/ ├── nav.adoc └── pages/ ├── flock-social-events.adoc ├── fwd/ │ ├── about.adoc │ ├── history.adoc │ ├── organize.adoc │ └── participate.adoc ├── past-events.adoc ├── resource-pack.adoc └── index.adoc
I think we should add Outreachy content to either the ROOT module or make a new module for that. Might be better to track in one of the other open Pagure issues.
ROOT
Some, or even most, of this content is not yet written in our docs site. But it is spread around the Fedora Wiki, Community Blog, and other Pagure issue trackers. Since this ticket is all about structure, I think it is better to focus on getting the structure above instead of adding the new content right now.
For the pages that are not yet written, we could add this note to those pages:
[INFO] ==== This page is still a placeholder. It is not yet written! If you want to help write it, review the https://pagure.io/fedora-diversity/issues[Fedora D&I Pagure issue tracker] to see where you can get involved. ====
What do you think? Does this make sense?
@jflory7 Thank you for such detailed information. I made a separate module for outreachy as it will be easier to manage. I went ahead and made changes accordingly. :grinning:
@ramyaparimi closed this issue out in PR #178. Closing as complete. Thanks @ramyaparimi! :tada:
