There is a need to have a private mailing list for diversity team to discuss reported issues. Sometimes person who did report the issue, does not want to reveal the identity and want things to be discussed in private. To handle such sensitive cases, there is a requirement to have a private mailing list.

From a technical perspective, this ticket is complete. I think it will be better for us to roll the actual use / implementation of this mailing list into a greater discussion about our tooling and how we choose to use that. Closing ticket as complete.
