docs: Update local build scripts to latest upstream
    
    The upstream Fedora Docs template repository updated its build scripts
    for local previews of the docs. This commit updates the copies of the
    build scripts to the latest version upstream.
    
    Note, this action will likely need to be repeated once Antora 3.0 is
    rolled out across Fedora Docs.
