This PR updates the site logo to use final SVG approved by Fedora Design Team. This also closes #21.

I tested this locally and confirmed the SVG appeared as expected. However, the vertical logo causes the sidebar menu to flow off-screen on smaller screen resolutions. I'm not as skilled in front-end development, so this could be fixed along with issues #47 or #184 in a future PR.

I tried to tackle the vertical logo affecting the responsiveness of the side bar, but I admit front-end development is hard. :P Not sure when I will have enough time to work on this, but I'll try to give it one more go this weekend before passing this one up.

If anyone is CSS-savvy, I could use a few tips on how to tackle this one!
