Summary

One of the reasons for web application is fresh look and content when users come around other than static content. For instance, adding an emoji that will pop up saying
"Welcome + username, someone out there will appreciate a happiness package from you. Do you mind sending one?"
and then a blinking 'SEND' button.

Background

The reason is to add more interactivity for users and an animated call to action
