Hi @smeragoel, I went through the frog badges on the website and would like to try making the badges as per the above-mentioned requirements. Could I work on this issue?
Hello @smeragoel, may I please work on this issue? I am interested in making these badges and I have a good art background. I have also familiarized myself with the design documents in the issues and will stick to the guidelines.
Hi @smeragoel @riecatnor, I was looking for the SVG files of the previously made badges on https://pagure.io/Fedora-Badges/issue/32 but the links seem to be broken. Could you please guide me as to where to look for the same? :)
Hiya @bhavya-verma & @nekonya3 - great! Looking forward to your first drafts :)
If you run into broken links check the instructions in the FAQ, question 8, for directions on how to get around that: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/mentored-projects/outreachy/faq/
Hello @riencatnor Sorry for the late reply, I had been sick. The following are my attempts on boss frog. I am making the others now. Please suggest changes if you feel so.

Hi folks! Thanks for your work on this ticket, it's looking great already!
@nekonya3 nice work! Let me comment on each separately Boss Frog - while I understand why you incorporated the tie, since none of the other designs in the series have accessories or clothing, I think we can omit that. I think the pose works great tho! The "12" feels like it is kind of crowding your frog, try reducing the size a bit and rearranging the composition. The numbers and the frog are not overlapping in previous designs (except embryo which I think should be adjusted to match the others) Mid-Life Crisis Frog - so cute and funny heh - I think I like 3 best. The pose is great, but the back leg is a bit tough to make out. Try make the leg haunch line more pronounced, as well as the curve to show the "knee". I like the eyelid covered the eye, makes it funnier, but try rounding it instead of a flat line to show the curve of the eye. Elder Frog - I also understand the addition of the cane- but to keep it in line with the others, let's try to achieve that elder feeling without any props.. Maybe the frog is reclining entirely like its relaxing in water?
@bhavya-verma nice work, as well! A couple notes for you: The halo is cute, but as I mentioned earlier in this comment, we don't have "accessories" in the series now and I think we should try to follow that theme. I think the pose still works great! I would recommend removing the drop shadow below the arms, as we have treated the adult frog without those [0]. Looking at the adult frog, the artist most likely grouped the objects and then added a drop shadow to the entirety of the group objects. I would do that with this one as well. The eye crescents are cute, but they look a little off compared to the two "bumps" you have for the eye sockets of the grog. I would move the two bumps apart from each other a little bit, or add more perspective.. adjust the eye crescents to match, and make the stroke style cap "round"
Looking forward to the next versions :D

Hello @riecatnor , Thank you for your suggestions! I changed the font size in the boss frog to 40 and 42 (previously 46):
<img alt="Boss_Frog_6.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/42bbb92bfdc43cabcc1f89e2e9d662bb1e19558bc106b19dd889d1183309ac2e-Boss_Frog_6.png" /><img alt="Boss_Frog_6.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/7630c50236d59ac675155efcec6964e89b51f30c85689bedf27d4129706e9df8-Boss_Frog_6.svg" /><img alt="Boss_Frog_7png.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/3d6255ffc18f9ceef6f7553b62ce0fc25ff5b19ecfc7e65f5a2d37167d27926b-Boss_Frog_7png.png" /><img alt="Boss_Frog_7.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/c8249c17d813a155f29acacb4506caf34a283d9ecd29bcab49b8d07de2c7051b-Boss_Frog_7.svg" />
For the Elder frog, I tried a reclining frog as suggested. If you do not like this sort of artwork please do tell:
<img alt="Elder_Frog_3.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/651e4c63b91003b1bf465216a75fe96ffa378dfc564ed0c6cc6ac8733bbec10d-Elder_Frog_3.png" /><img alt="Elder_Frog_3.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/229ae5157f44009c72f0392a542df05a20272fa2a4237979822c1b6f893c2699-Elder_Frog_3.svg" />
For the Mid-Life Crisis frog, I changed the eyelid and the haunch line. I don't really understand what you meant by the knee because I made a very small knee from the beginning, did you mean I should make a larger knee?:
<img alt="Mid-Life_Crisis_Frog_4.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/f8e2cffe1f80cc1a07ecc3a01ad26f71a7e2482363c14fc2d05f6b281a216d3c-Mid-Life_Crisis_Frog_4.png" /><img alt="Mid-Life_Crisis_Frog_4.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/e6e9fdb00c8bc5e32d0b68eff8c69ee41bc0bc5634effa242e595c9e81c8d1cc-Mid-Life_Crisis_Frog_4.svg" />
For the eternal frog, I have some doubts before I start: Can I change it's colour to black and add stars on it's body to make it look like it's made out of the cosmos, similar to Ben 10's Alien X?
@riecatnor I have noticed something which is causing me technical issues: the waves in the lifecycle badges are different than the provided wave background template maybe because of different time of creation. I am also facing certain technical issues in matching the border of the badge width with the lifecycle badge, somehow the lifecycle badge is a series which has difference in dimensions than the templates provided. I tried to make the waves by using tools but I might have caused human error. Please help.
Technical issue resolved! Please refer to these:

Hi @riecatnor, thank you for the review! I've made some changes accordingly. The arms' drop shadow from the previous version has been removed. Instead, I grouped the entire frog together and added the drop shadow. In addition, I've also worked on the eye crescents and tried to match them with the sockets of the frog. Kindly take a look... <img alt="Eternal_Frog_3.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/6c1d665085b3d4a562bd1b8a08ceb8775bf1bd95624c5e40d2d7f1a8dee4b424-Eternal_Frog_3.png" /> <img alt="Eternal_Frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/045e878244faaa268d17d72c5c57e9534aea392287a9635f8508cef4a801f800-Eternal_Frog.svg" />

Hi @nekonya3 nice work! Some notes: - Boss frog - looks great! I think we can call this one complete, but maybe @smeragoel can take a look too. - Midlife crisis frog - looks good, the change you made is what I was suggesting :) - Elder frog - this pose is a bit suggestive, if you understand my meaning. What if you went back to your original drawing for this one and made some small changes? I think you could make that frog holding its chin like its deep in thought?
Hi @bhavya-verma nice improvements! Recommendations: - The drop shadow seems to have grown, I would suggest reviewing past frog designs and adjusting. If it needs to overlap with the number, make sure the numbering is in front of the shadow, not behind - I think you could work to improve the eye area a bit more.. think about a real frog, the eyes are farther apart, kind of on each side of the head. I would make the size of the head a bit bigger and add some space in between the two eyes
A note for anyone who works on this: Let's adjust the numbers and think long term :D Let's do 12, 15, 20, & 25
@riecatnor please check the elder frog again (Am I allowed to add a white beard/stache/eyebrows?)

Hi folks- nice work here! notes below :)
@nekonya3 - I like this pose more, and the gesture of him holding his chin in thought is nice but needs some small adjustments I think.. right now it looks like he is doing a scratching movement forward - The "20" feels just a bit close to the eye of the frog, I would suggest readjusting the elements a bit to give that more space
@bhavya-verma - Eternal frog 5: The eyes are improving! I think you can make the head a bit bigger now and leave the eyes as is. Right now they are overpowering things.. take a look at this one @nekonya3 is working on for an example: https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/4f74c4e9658f87cb659c3d90d96cb32ba5e4fff11ebebef410e1d82cb814c345-Elder_Frog_2.png - Eternal frog 6&7: is this for the same badge? I think version 5 is most successful so I would move forward with that one
Hi @riecatnor, Thanks for the review! I tried making the improvements as suggested. Kindly take a look...
<img alt="Eternal_Frog-8.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/af6ddafdbd20188cfbd091bdd2a89818708466525b33352b77d641e7322f8042-Eternal_Frog-8.png" /> <img alt="Eternal_Frog_8.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/7f086809797aa43186ce89df0e27436f810e9d00c9d479d23d8fae7b9e15c402-Eternal_Frog_8.svg" />
@riecatnor please review:

@bhavya-verma - Please export the badge at the correct dimensions (256x256 px at 96 dpi) - We avoid using drop shadow in the badge art, so can we have a version without the drop shadow?
@nekonya3 - can we try facing the frog the other way to face the number 20? I just want to see what that looks like because right now, the current pose is drawing focus in the opposite direction. - We avoid using drop shadow in the badge art, so can we have a version without the drop shadow? I want to see how that looks!
@smeragoel I used drop shadow because the entire frog lifecycle badges had that  Here are the applied changes:

Hi @smeragoel, somehow my Inkscape for this particular badge isn't exporting the PNG file with the proper dimensions. However, I did try to export it 256x256 px. (Any suggestions to fix this issue would be really helpful  )

Hey @riecatnor, sorry for tagging you in a bunch of tickets already! 😅 Would love to get a review on this one as well!😊
Hi @bhavya-verma thanks for the follow up! There are a bunch of comments on this thread so I want to make sure I am reviewing the correct designs.. is it this one: https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/854#comment-793042
Here's some feedback to make it more badge-y :) - Nikita is right- we have drop shadows on the first part of this series so I think we want to keep those on (unless we want to redo them all- but for now let's work with what we have). So please add the drop shadow back in to match the other designs in the series https://badges.fedoraproject.org/tags/lifecycle/any - The pose is nice, but its a bit difficult to see what's happening with the hands- try playing with the gradients and/or placement near the hands - Something funny is going on with the legs, I think they might need some reworking... I think for the one in front, it is the angle of the bent leg and it is merging with the foot. The one in back looks ok, but you might add the leg in if it doesn't make it too busy. Here are some references that might help: https://ctl.s6img.com/society6/img/XIPui4orF_fzGY66hGfPDKwgJ7o/w_700/tapestries/standard/~artwork,fw_6500,fh_5525,iw_6500,ih_5525/s6-0045/a/20041681_9837616/~~/a-beautiful-green-tree-frog-sitting-on-tiles-tapestries.jpg https://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/294695-green-frog-on-white-backgound https://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/3570698-green-frog-icon-and-symbol-vector-illustration
Looking forward to your next draft!
Hi @riecatnor My name is falyne, i am an outreachy applicant. i would love to contribute to this ticket.
HI @falyne sure! I think some of the previous designs were getting close to completion. I would suggest working off those designs instead of creating something entirely new. Make sure you keep the same look/feel of the other badges in the series: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Looking forward to your designs!
Hey @riecatnor please i have some challenge moving on with this ticket 1-Are these frogs in the Fedora badges resources or they were created by the contributors because i can't seem to find them there?
same. I've been looking for it all over the docs page. if I find them I'll be sure to post it here.

Alright, I'll try to see what I can do with the previous illustrations. Thank you for your reply
Hi @riecatnor and @smeragoel I am Roseline Amarachi and I'm an Outreach2023 applicant, I'd love to work on this with @falyne and @jhennifer giving room for collaboration.
@falyne @jhennifer These frogs aren't in the Fedora Badges, what is there is the badge shape for community template for FAS life. Here is the link to that https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/badges/_attachments/templates/community-template.svg and the background which you can find here https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/badges/_attachments/content/backgrounds.svg
To do your task, you'd have to refer to previous illustrations of lifecycle and try to follow what you see but not hindering the creative side of you. Here are my suggestions on what should be consistent in your work; the badge shape and color, the gradient and wavy background, the numbering and a little bit on the curves and sharp edges here is the link to existing lifecycle badges https://badges.fedoraproject.org/tags/lifecycle/any
Your work is to create illustrations you think fits into these descriptions; Boss Frog (12 years) Mid-Life Crisis Frog (13 years) Elder Frog (15 years) Eternal Frog (20 years)
@riecatnor and @smeragoel Would be in the right place to give more information but this is what I understand of this task, I hope I was helpful.

Thank you very much @roseline-amarachi
hi @riecatnor and @smeragoel. i worked on these issue developing on @nekonya3 on ETERNAL frog i added a cape at the back of the frog, a cloud effect and a shadow at the base to make it float. this is to make reference to how supreme the frog is on BOSS frog i added a seat for the frog while also adjusting the frog shadow and background. would be working on elder frog and midlife crisis frog after this review. please check it out

While still learning the ropes of Inkscape, I did these using Figma. This is an iteration for Fedora Elder frog. My thought process is since the maximum lifespan of a frog is five years, a 15 year old frog is old and frail. So I used represented this information in the illustration. I'd love your feedback. @smeragoel @riecatnor

@dejipot You made a mistake with the age number of the eternal frog, it ought to me 20 and not 15.
Hi designers! thanks for starting work here, feedback below
@dejipot Some notes for you: - Make sure you are using the templates correctly, do not make changes to the sizing. Right now the padding looks incorrect - Look at the previous designs from this series, in this comment. I would also suggest looking through the previous designs on this ticket, many of the designs were getting very close and only need some small changes to be completed - None of the previous badges have extra components.. you have added some chairs. I think those can be removed. - The previous badges have a consistent background, please keep the consistency - Make sure you are using the comfortaa typeface for any lettering in badges
Hi @roseline-amarachi notes for you: - Make sure you are using the templates correctly, the output should be 256x256 pixels - I would suggest using the previous designs on this ticket to work off, as I mentioned to @dejipot, some of those were very close to completion :) read through and study what has been done on the ticket already to get an understanding of what needs to be done here - The frog you have drawn is looking a bit sad, and indeed frail, but it doesn't fit in the series well currently.. Make sure you are staying consistent with the previous designs in the series as far as stroke, shadow, gradients, and other design elements.. it should fit in with them. - Plus, let's respect the Elder Frog concept and display it as wise rather than frail :)
Looking forward to next drafts

@riecatnor Thank you for the feedback, I'll make use of the previous designs.
hi @riecatnor and @smeragoel. I designed the elder frog badge from scratch while improving on the accepted boss frog, mild-life crisis frog, and eternal frog. looking forward to your review <img alt="boss_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/781fbcd3825218f23b5b409360ab3c63e678f0673da8783edd531ebc2bb8a505-boss_frog.png" /><img alt="elder_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/ff8ff8f499b7e61ff7de13af7f9f6b328d1ed9235c5f03915bf7f13ee6278d61-elder_frog.png" /><img alt="eternal_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/d5c5f244a3382e131f61e3afa0cd7b9ee90f91534821bb6012c9548fabf4a8dc-eternal_frog.png" /><img alt="midlife_crisis.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/df9af51126c2b89a88b6decc7233fc0f08323c9153bc35960bb1dff69c319429-midlife_crisis.png" /> <img alt="boss_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/0a1bf5294774c477fbb79533d0d7291150354a2742b06f00187361468daee1c5-boss_frog.svg" /><img alt="elder_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/4bc524dc83e4b42e09a4304bc95e32c0764e7745cab3e0617430eab225017462-elder_frog.svg" /><img alt="eternal_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/9c202dbea9dd848b1ad0f6a9e3c55a7748c1fbc5884a6fed2ca10b1f0a7b2606-eternal_frog.svg" /><img alt="midlife_crisis.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/1d83554d3600ca4ca1143a0cc618a0069cce3c9b0b07f9549da8478552fb4a99-midlife_crisis.svg" />

Hi @riecatnor & @smeragoel here is an iteration I did. I worked on these with some solutions earlier contributors sent in. For the Eternal frog, I improved on the legs and added dropshadows. I don't know if I did a good job or if I made it worse :( <img alt="Eternal_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/d41c8b3c2e7aefafe3386058b4fe6f861fbce3382729119740f64944b1f02f81-Eternal_frog.svg" /><img alt="Eternal_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/b9e5394a092c2eee49ebcc0cf17aa1d8d95857a6b10b0ab02d8c40753c61362f-Eternal_frog.png" />
For the Mid-life crisis frog, I also improved on the legs. I don't know if I did a good job or if I made it worse :( I'd love to hear what you think. <img alt="Mid-life_crisis_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/53a2ab30eee7a8d8738ec8c71d2780ed79cdd8944190cd66aa0c7a0fd6993c07-Mid-life_crisis_frog.svg" /><img alt="Mid-life_crisis_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/31a45abdfd5949f2c1082412e39587d4b4b925ea9893294649ad0fec78001d4d-Mid-life_crisis_frog.png" />

Hi folks, thanks for the work here, feedback below  A general note for everyone working on these designs, I think the series should be for years 15, 20, 25, & 30. The other badge numbers are 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, & 10.. so it makes sense to increase the gap between the numbers (doing 12 and then 13 doesn't make sense when the there is a gap of 3 years between 7 & 10). It always helps with the sustainability of this series, meaning we won't have to add new designs for some time and achieving that 30 year badge would truly show someone is an elder frog! This doesn't effect the designs beyond the numbering.
@dejipot notes for you: - 12 is nice! You are getting closer here. I think there might have been some adjustments to the template tho? make sure you don't make any changes to the size of that grey design area in the middle. - 12: I would suggest making the eyes a bit closer in size.. I think you are implying depth by making the one in the back smaller, but I think that can be a subtle difference.. right now it is sticking out and looks a bit googly-eyed - 13: this is nice, and getting close as well. The 13 is very close to the frog, and the frog is very close to the bottom and left side of the design area. I would suggest making some small adjustments to the placement/sizing to make it feel more centered and balanced - 15: I like the pose! I think this one has a similar issue with the placement/sizing.. it is going out of the badge design area at the bottom and the lettering is touching the edge as well. I would suggest making the frog a bit smaller and making sure there is plenty of breathing room around the frog and numbering - 15: the eyes seem a bit off to me.. I think it is because frog eyes are on the top of the head (at least in the pictures I see when I google "frog"), and yours are more centered in the face.. maybe you are trying to imply the frog is old  still, it makes it look less froggy.. I would suggest moving the eyes up, and maybe flattening the head a bit.. here is a reference that might help - 20: I like the concept of this badge, but I feel the proportions might be off.. frogs heads are usually pretty big in comparison with the body size.. so I wonder if you could just adjust the sizing of the head to be a bit more proportionate? - 20: I think there is some spacing/placement issues here too.. After you make the edits, I would suggest resizing/moving things around to make sure the design elements have space
@roseline-amarachi notes for you: - There are some issues going on with the template. I think I saw in the channel you were using a different program than inkscape which might be contributing to the issue? - There is an issue with the drop shadow on the "20" badge you uploaded, it looks darker and less blurry than the template - 20: the drop shadow looks good, but I think the legs could still use some improvements. The back leg should be behind the body.. the front leg needs some definition.. maybe this reference will help you find a better shape for the front leg - 13: This needs some spacing between the numbering and the frog, and the edges of the badge design area - 13: the eye looks a bit flat, make sure to keep the same as the others in the series with a small radial gradient - 13: the pose for this one was pretty good as is, I think it needed some adjustments with the placement/sizing of the numbering and frog (previous design was for 15)
Looking forward to your next drafts!

After you make the edits, I would suggest resizing/moving things around to make sure the design elements have space @roseline-amarachi notes for you: - There are some issues going on with the template. I think I saw in the channel you were using a different program than inkscape which might be contributing to the issue? - There is an issue with the drop shadow on the "20" badge you uploaded, it looks darker and less blurry than the template - 20: the drop shadow looks good, but I think the legs could still use some improvements. The back leg should be behind the body.. the front leg needs some definition.. maybe this reference will help you find a better shape for the front leg - 13: This needs some spacing between the numbering and the frog, and the edges of the badge design area - 13: the eye looks a bit flat, make sure to keep the same as the others in the series with a small radial gradient - 13: the pose for this one was pretty good as is, I think it needed some adjustments with the placement/sizing of the numbering and frog (previous design was for 15) Looking forward to your next drafts!
Alright. Thank you. I'll get to it.
hi @riecatnor . based on the feedback I changed all the numbers, I made appropriate changes to all the frogs based on the review. please check it out. <img alt="boss_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/2e0fe2b0506856fed04d29b9754281c25f2fb0b4f16a98a0225febcdb67056c0-boss_frog.png" /><img alt="boss_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/36bd37e3f7e6ab95d29daa1ddc28c1e03ed8dc480ef61945f433a2337da5beef-boss_frog.svg" /><img alt="elder_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/05e669476590a5b3d96d1e027a198963f5897ab0f8a0e1c3689e60503a5df03e-elder_frog.png" /><img alt="elder_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/a4e448a410849512192a94097f53ebf8521e2061c68895ecea0f015393e0c405-elder_frog.svg" /><img alt="midlife_crisis_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/e55eb0ddfb049aaa0235e235ae927b2538995f82f93c1657870b2538473f61fe-midlife_crisis_frog.png" /><img alt="midlife_crisis_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/f21d03955e9c814aa5f1788c8aae6de7212ca01761c77f72bc56c5de8e7113bf-midlife_crisis_frog.svg" />
For the eternal frog, I adjusted the head based on the review. <img alt="Eternal_Frog_.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/b223e6df35b90bf6a326cf08449408596fe6a8861c60c914049bb90951d0d31c-Eternal_Frog_.png" /><img alt="Eternal_Frog_.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/b700178933a4b342aaa7394adecc994af332769b067634d1ed77ce547a065730-Eternal_Frog_.svg" />
Hi @dejipot nice progress here! Notes for you: - A general note for all of the badges, I think we want to keep the text the same size. From what I can tell of the existing series, the numbering is all the same size. Yours vary from design to design. Go into one of the original files and see what font size they are at, and match that. - Another general note for all the badges is, I think there is something going on with the template, or the exporting. They seem to be the correct size, but are all slightly different in their placement in the PNG. - 15: this is looking pretty good. I noticed there is something going on with the edges, so I took a look at the file and I noticed you have a separate object for the stroke and the fill of the frog. This is an okay way to approach it (tho more complicated, from my experience), but make sure the object matches the outline, and isn't going inside/outside of the stroke. - 15: I think the toes of the frog could use a bit more definition, this badge is showing that well. I think the space around the eyes could be a bit more defined as well. - 20: I would either round or soften the ends of your lines.. right now they are square and don't fit with the other badges. This badge shows those qualities well. - 25: this is getting closer, but I think the frog eyes should be right on top of the head  so lower that middle area between the two eyes - 30: I think the head on this one is still looking kinda funny/unmatched with the frog theme. Maybe its because frogs don't really have necks? It is already in a pose thats not very frog like, which I think works for the concept.. maybe its just gotta be a bit chubbier all over? Give it a belly  The feet look a bit claw like, as well. Maybe round those out to look froggier
thank y

hi @riecatnor . I used to operate on existing tickets, which has been causing issues of improper sizing and template. so I made these badges from scratch while ensuring they correlate with the existing design. I also redesigned the eternal frog with another illustration that fits the situation perfectly. the numbering was also adjusted to the existing design. pls, let me know what you think. <img alt="boss_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/5b9f8b2fb7ab37a6b1875e8c3219aeee2d48022db27c2c095353f781a4e8254d-boss_frog.svg" /><img alt="boss_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/0dc499ed3134bc9c7d0d27a6e8e7971d5af43a9916ce35b525bc6bd152f042a2-boss_frog.png" /><img alt="mid_life_crisis_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/f739297773083f4280da7e1cce967c48615c5b183d8a938749f7d7102c15bea5-mid_life_crisis_frog.png" /><img alt="mid_life_crisis_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/da014ec47ea623aecbc7647ceca6612b08d175a4ac66fe72e2f6df66d72c5e8a-mid_life_crisis_frog.svg" /><img alt="elder_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/a90b8a3974caf21249eeee9a2a973c485375d5a1ac528ee83db4e9c93edb3f9c-elder_frog.svg" /><img alt="elder_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/53221519ec713f8aa256359466c16f9800cb5839a262b19d86700f5f2337674d-elder_frog.png" /><img alt="eternal_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/8540355bd70fbbacd5b924295eef3e0c2eff6f1e0eef8ec14f472bbee904cc4c-eternal_frog.svg" /><img alt="eternal_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/137a0ced8bb881262934d237c7ac72f596b6a07f24672fe0925447c890a4f7e2-eternal_frog.png" />
Hi @riecatnor Based of your feedback seven days back. I did these.
I got rid of the initial back leg of the Eternal frog. The reference you gave was helpful but it was challenging implementing it because the frog seemed to be standing but your reference wasn't. So I made an illustration of a frog standing.
<img alt="Eternal_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/6ae352e2c4f08204be5101c3eb6be098ac48594f27c40edfe2ca8dfa1e2c9709-Eternal_frog.svg" /><img alt="Eternal_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/faf8cb163fd2d868e4b44b51e5fa3c77d5c5063c324a48ab39e5c7311b777c52-Eternal_frog.png" />
As for the mid-life crisis frog, I left it the leg as it was, added a drop shadow and also added the gradient in the eyes so it's not flat.
<img alt="Mid-life_crisis_frog.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/89f9728bf92feed453c1327fd5c5db8baaf53a3ef72e82723cee0185479bd217-Mid-life_crisis_frog.png" /><img alt="Mid-life_crisis_frog.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/467337f87eb3f423b91f260782095b456ee36de5c655c58347a94abf93f9f2a7-Mid-life_crisis_frog.svg" />
.
Also @riecatnor
I made fresh iterations on the Eternal frog and the Mid-life crisis frog.
For the Mid-life crisis frog, I changed position of the body but I maintained the distress eyes and also the tired countenance the previous illustration had of the frog body.
<img alt="Mid-life_crisis_frog_1.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/8d34c0ecdba93139b60c721d0ef2478653c8aaa2170376abd81a97fa40500228-Mid-life_crisis_frog_1.svg" /><img alt="Mid-life_crisis_frog_1.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/49d2dbcbf1d3dc5602aeed2b9bd0fad98acc15e60b8e6972fc76f3cd34d991d7-Mid-life_crisis_frog_1.png" />
I was struggling with the initial illustration for Eternal frog, so I did this. Still maintaining the praying hands of the the frog. I also maintained the countenance of the frog's face, the drop shadows and gradients.
