Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
- What's a magazine without art?

Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is
awarded for certain kinds of activities:

1) What are those activities?
- Create a featured image for Fedora Magazine

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)
- Primarily Magazine editors, but anyone is welcome

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
- To have pretty pictures on the Magazine and places that the Magazine RSS feed is consumed

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
- As often as they want, generally once every few weeks

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)
- Committing to the Magazine images repo (often by way of a pull request)

Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
- Something pretty :-D

This could also be a series with levels at 1,5,10,25,50

I decided to use the same concept used for the Extra! Extra! badge. I just added a painting brush and a featured image icon.
Would anyone prefer a totally different concept?
Once the concept is approved, I'll start adding the figures to make it a series.

@viv this concept works great! It looks good :)

A couple suggestions to improve the design:
- right now the brown paintbrush blends in with the grey on the badger. Maybe try to make it a lighter brown and a brighter blue for the paint?
- love the sky/hill graphic, and it is perfectly simple. I do think it has a bit of the same issue, the two colors are blending together when you look at a small size. Try increase the contrast between the blue and green :)

I tried some color variations. I wonder if the star needs more contrast from the white paper
