Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): - It's our job to make you look good!
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
1) What are those activities? - Being a member of the Fedora Magazine editorial team
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) - Experienced Magazine contributors
3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?) - To curate and set direction for the Magazine
4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?) - It's more of a state of a being
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) - The badge will have to manually awarded, if that's what you're asking
Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts? - A panda buying ink by the barrel

Hello Nasir ,
I created my first badge yesterday, well It came out blurry don't know why But I have a few questions, I just want to be sure I am getting it right What is the pixel size for badges And, concerning badges, Is there a pagure link containing all pushed badges in their SVG format?
If yes, please sent , or do I have to search for them one by one?
Thank you Preshy

@preshy21 Not the person you asked, but I answer your questions:
You should save badges as 256 x 256 pixels
SVG files of badges are at: https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/blob/master/f/svgs
Hello Viv, I finally completed this task, please I would need your feedbacks and corrections Thanks alot

HI @preshy21 please add a PNG and SVG to the issue so I can review. Thanks!
oh, so sorry @riecatnor , I think uploading via mail doesn't work , let me add them here ,so sorry

Hi @preshy21 this is a cute start :) here are a couple pointers to improve the design.
The badger is a bit small based on the concept of the badge, it might be cool to get a more cropped view of the badger. Like this badge: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/neurofedora-sig-member
It is really useful to build designs from other badges. I think two badges that could be adapted to this concept would be these two:
Looking forward to your next draft! Thanks
Thanks @riecatnor will make changes asap

Hello @riecatnor ,please see latest design and drop a feedback thanks
..
Hi @preshy21 lookin good! A few pointers to help improve the design and make it more "badgey" :)
Make the outer ring the Fedora pink for "community", and the background of the badge light green. We have a lot of team member badges with this scheme.
Right now the magazine banner is kind of blending in. I think changing the background colors will help. Try to make the banner the same aspect ratio as the banner on the Fedora Magazine website, found here: https://fedoramagazine.org/
Since it is a banner, try putting it "behind" the panda, by making it a little smaller and moving towards the top of the design.
Looking forward to your next draft!

Will this need automatic assigning, or can I push it with the normal manual way?
This badge will need to be manually awarded. Maybe some day we'll have a Fedora accounts group for it :wistful_sigh_face:
For now, let's give granting permission to: bcotton, jakfrost, rlengland, asamalik, glb
