Voting in the Fedora 30 elections
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) - All contributors
To elect project leadership
At the end of the F30 release cycle
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) - Voting in the app and clicking the link to claim their badge

Note to self: June 6 - June 20: Voting period
The PNG is cropped and not 256x256. I am able to reexport it, but please be more careful next time, use the Page export area, not Drawing.
