Fedora Docs needs to be an admin to allow it to rewrite the various pages in the wiki and here into something which will be on docs.fedoraproject.org. This was done at the in consultation with @pbokoc

Normally I’d suggest that doc updates should come in as PRs and someone from epel should review and merge them. Perhaps @pbokoc can share more about his thoughts on making the entire Docs group merge capable.

OK I have removed fedora docs from the repo ownership and changed it to @pbokoc only at the moment. We can work out what is needed going forward.

@bex Yeah sorry, there are no comments or an issue because we talked over mail. I asked smooge to add the group because we want to use this repo to migrate EPEL docs from the wiki to docs.fp.o. I'll work on that after F31 is released, I'll be turning this into a standard docs repo. I don't think that should be an issue, anyone in the group is already getting notifications from every other repo that group is an admin in, and some of them are way more active than this one.

On the other hand, I didn't check what the issues were about when I asked smooge to add us, I assumed that since the only thing in the repo are sources for the wiki pages, all the issues are related to docs. Since that's not the case, I'll make a new repo under fedora-docs and migrate things there.
