You are correct, this was leftover from the wiki import. Thank you for finding this.
When I imported it from the wiki I was debating whether to leave the Marketing section on or not. Obvious it got brought over, and then I forgot to ask others about it. Here is a pull request to remove the marketing section. If the committee decides to keep it, then we'll fix the link, as well as expand what we want to do in the Marketing part. https://pagure.io/epel/pull-request/179
