Would it be possible to implicitly give builder permissions to admins of the project?

  • Admins can give themselves the builder permission nevertheless.
  • This will help us in Packit with some UX issues around requesting Copr permissions (Packit's issue for the context: https://github.com/packit/packit-service/issues/1136) and it looks like the current behaviour might be confusing for someone.

(We were discussing this with @praiskup today.)
